Wireless Humidity Sensor

Wireless temperature and humidity loggers are used to measure both temperature and humidity in places which require constant monitoring of the prevailing conditions – museums, archives or churches to monitor atmospheric conditions affecting exhibits.

  • You can use a free mobile application to configure the device and read the data from its memory. If you add Shiva IoT Gateway, you can build a remote monitoring system.
  • Temperature: -35°C to +70°C, accuracy: up to 0.4°C in the range from -20°C to +70°C and up to 0.5°C in the range -35°C to -20°C
  • Humidity: 0 to 100% RH, accuracy 4% in the range of 0% to 80% and 7% in the range of 81% to 99%
  • Measurement period: 1 minute – 10 days (configurable by the user)
  • The device stores 40,000 measurements in its memory. When the memory is full, the oldest measurements are overwritten
  • Battery ensures up to 5 years of maintenance-free operation
  • Add Shiva IoT Gateway and Shiva IoT Cloud to build a real time monitoring system. The maximum distance between the sensor and the Gateway is 100 m in the open space and 20 m – 30 m in the buildings
  • Use a free mobile application to configure the logger, read the data from its memory, generate reports and set alert thresholds

Integration

Standard communication protocols allow integration with any cloud platform or mobile application.

Easy Set Up

All you need to set up a logger is a smartphone with a free mobile application. The whole configuration takes no more than 15 minutes.

Calibration certificate

At the customer’s request, each Shiva IoT sensor can be supplied with a calibration certificate in accordance with ISO / IEC 17025. The test is performed in an external, ILAC certified laboratory. The calibration date is saved in the logger memory and it notifies the user about the suggested date of the next calibration.

Edge analytics

Devices analyse the data and send it to cloud platform when needed. This allows to decrease the number of cellular transmissions and increase the battery lifetime. There are several types of analyses that can be performed by the sensor: from a simple comparison of the measured value to the threshold to more complex mathematical operations.

Integration

We believe that the Internet of Things is about integrating data sources, analysing the data and drawing conclusions based on it. If you want to integrate Shiva IoT loggers with your software, cloud platform or mobile application, we will provide you with the necessary documentation, libraries, SDKs and we will gladly assist you.

Sensor’s passport

Sensor’s passport documents the entire lifecycle of a device. By accessing the data on Shiva IoT Cloud platform, the user can check all information about the sensor: date of sale, warranty status, date of calibration, information on all service activities. In addition, the user can download all documents regarding the device – a duplicate of calibration certificate or service protocols.
